ok, see i lost 20lbs by eating healthy and counting my calories. I eat once in the morning, than i eat lunch, and i just got a job where i usually work from 5-10pm, so i get REALLY hungry, so recently i've ate dinner when i got home at 4pm, go to work, but than, by 10pm, im REALLY hungry, so i've been PIGGING out, i'm afraid im gonna gain all that weight back. What should i do from eating so much, but still eating. Also, i can't eat at my job.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Try bringing protein shakes with you, or power bars and just take bites when you get a chance... this may sound weird but sneak it or something. You're job should require you to starve yourself.
