BEANS....but you have to compliment them with something else like corn....
There isn't a single meat out there that has fiber,
But there are fiber containing vegetables that also have protein.
Corn and beans both have protein but neither have complete proteins....
You see, every complete protein contains ALL of the 10 necessary amino acids....if one or more are missing, your body isn't getting a complete protein, and cannot utilize the food as protein....
Corn just happens to have the aminos that are missing in beans, so if you eat them together, or within several hours of each other, you have successfully consumed a complete protein.
Meat, eggs, milk...all high in protein. Fish too.
Vegetables are high in fiber. Most have little or no protein.
Incomplete protein sources include:
Nuts
Peanuts and beans lentils peas
Grains: wheat oats rice corn barley

Whole grains like wheat, oats, barley, couscous (sp?), brown rice. Beans and Legumes (must be combined with another source of protein to be complete building blocks).
Soy protein - some companies like Morningstar Farms and Boca Burgers make great stuff that works like ground meat, sausage, etc when you cook it plus it has lower fat, more fiber, and more digestible than meat.
I like the South Beach Diet frozen dinners and recipes, since they have high fiber, high protein, & low sugar.
Other companies make similar dinners.
These meals are healthier!

Beans are high in both. Proteins you will get from milk, meat, fish, poultry. Fiber you get from vegetables and fruits, cereals and dark breads. Salads are high in fiber. Bran, brown rice are both high in fiber.

To get this your best bet is to combine a legume (bean) with a whole grain. A good combination that I like to use is Pinto Beans with Brown Rice
