Simply call you family doctor. He can handle it as well as any physician. Not the ER. The wait is usually longer. It does not provide follow up to insure you gt the desired results from the medication prescribed, and you will get a very high bill that someone will have to pay.

Call 911 NOW. Your sister is in danger of a stroke. EMS will be able to start helping your sister BEFORE you get to the hospital. Don't drive like a crazy person and get hurt!

Yes, you need to get her checked out now. That blood pressure is dangerously high. She's at risk for a stroke or heart attack...get her help sooner rather than later.
