Ive gained about 90 pounds in the last few months due to depression and things of that matter... Week before last I lost 20 pounds and this week I lost 22 pounds.. Is this bad for my heart? I'm eating healthy and all that, and the way im losing all the weight is by walking. I sold my treatmill and got a manual one and its inclined... But yeah.. I don't wanna drop dead of a heart attack or anything.. and i knowww everyones going to tell me its really unhealthy and blah blah blah i wont keep it off.. but face the facts as long as you burn as many calories as you eat its not hard to keep off. But yeah.. Is the weight loss too much for my heart?

As long as you PROMISE you're eating at least 1200-1500 calories every day, then you should be all right.

When you weigh much more than your healthy weight range, you burn a lot more calories than someone who is at a more healthy weight. Keep that weight off, and remember that it won't come off so easy later on, so you should add more exercise as your routine gets easier. Good luck!

It's actually really normal to lose weight really quickly when you gained it really quickly. I'm assuming that you cut out bad foods and started exercising. If you gained the weight as fast as you made it sound, it sounds like you're doing fine, just as long as you're eating enough calories. You should get at least 1200-1500 a day. Just make sure you're getting plenty of fruits, vegetables, protein, fiber... all the usual.

you need to stop focusing on numbers on the scale and start tracking the body fat %. when you monitor the body composition you know exactly if the weight lost on the scale was muscle, fat or water. it also makes dialing in the diet much easier
