They dont even card you or anything a spencers. It is a gag store. Just go up with it dude and try and find a cool cashier. It's all about the cashier and how you conduct yourself. What is the worst they say? No you cant buy this? Youll never know unless you try

You know what!!!!! I don't get it. They say you have to be 16 to legally have sex (which isn't even inforced) but everyone knows that people do it even at the tender age of 13 and you know what..... I'm gonna take it to peoples court to have a law passed saying that if you 16 + you can get that sex stuff and if your under 16 and u want that stuff then u can have a parent consent!!!! Buying that stuff can actually be better like: You might get more plesure and no STDs and You cant get pregnant and yea!!!! Jeez!

you only have to be 18 unless your state says otherwise..
dont buy at spencers! there are higher quality places online that will sell you things at a better price for what you're getting. spencers is for gag gifts mostly

I know where I am, they don't card anyone for making purchases, which is just wrong.
Anyone over 13 can make any purchase without parental approval.
