find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

1. Go somewhere (a friends house?) where you cant just go around eating.

2. Learn to ask somebodies permission before you eat anything. Helps you just to get in the habit of controlling your appetite.

3. You could just eat whatever you want as long as you just exercise that much more, but this is not feasible for lots of food. (one potato for example requires a **** ton of running)

4. Eat certain foods that help you lose weight. Drink green tea, eat celery, and if you have to eat avoid potatoes, bread, etc. You could always try a high protein diet also.

5. Try setting goals that somebody else is keeping track of so that you feel that you arent betraying yourself but that you are betraying that person.

To lose weight successfully, you should know the food that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT!!!
Yes,it is really important. You should know the truth:
1.Low Fat Foods DON'T always WORK...
2.Low Calorie Diets DON'T always WORK...
3.Low Carb Plans DON'T always WORK...
I followed the guide above and I lost 10 lbs in 7 days and then 30 lbs in less than a month.

Well losing weight means that your calorie intake must be less than your calorie output. Since you don't sound like reducing the intake is going to work, why not try increasing your output, Be stronger, literally, by going to the gym being active etc. You'll feel a lot better

u can do it hun... as 4 dieting, plz dont starve urself, just simply feed ur body when its hungry and give it wat it wants, not craves. there is a big difference. get @ least 40mins of cardio in ea day and @ least 15 minutes of free-weight or aerobic exercizes, or even somethin as simple as streches w/ push ups and sit ups. just keep @ it. the 1st wk u'll be amazed @ how much u lost but after 2 wks theres gonna be a hump ur gonna have 2 over come and work through it dont give up!

Xenadrin 8hr NRG diet pills, look it up on the web....you need some help, this works....helps suppress appetite, then work out and eat smaller portions and better food.

No bread, soda, fried food, alcohol, red meat....etc.
If you are gonna eat crappy food, have some prunes to pass it out of your system faster.

Ps, also, if you do give in to bad food make sure it's all fat free, low fat...etc.
