Yeah I'm 15 and 6'2 210lbs with a large frame (Male) and I use to weigh 275 lbs about 6 months ago....I've lost a bit of weight and I'm thinking about going lower....if anyone here is like the same size as me can you post a pic...I'm sorta stuck lol...If I go lower it's to like 180-190.

the total bodyweight is irrelevant you want the body fat percentage to be below average. you need to focus on your diet and consume more whole foods.

well the average and healthy weight my mom says (shes a md) that a 6"2 15 year old should be around 170-180 pounds depending on how much of it is muscle

i dont know....it all depends. mainly because u might have muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat...it depends if u look fat or not
