The 3 lil bumps just apeared tonight.. would a bug bite cause my finger to be numb for 4days before the blisters apeared?

This sounds a lot like your radial ulna nerve is pinched. (funny bone)
The bumps could be quite significant, but don't limit your thinking to bug bites. They could be from a decrease in circulation.

It could also be a nerve is pinched in your neck. This may also cause numbness, loss of strength, feeling "cold" in just a few fingers for no reason...

I'd definitely see a doctor, but don't focus on the bumps without giving the numbness equal attention. An MRI may be in order for your neck, and many doctor's can give you a nerve test on your hand to test the ulna nerve right in the office.

You may have been bitten by a spider. You really need to go to the doctor!!!!! DO NOT POP THE BLISTERS!!!! They are poison from the venom. If you pop the blisters you will get infected. The bacteria from the air that hits the venom will make it worse. GET TO THE DOCTOR!!!!!!

One of my friends had the same thing and it was because a bug bit him. Try to pop them and then wash of the liquid that's going to come out, then put a band aid over it it should go away soon.

If someone is bitten by a deer tick (the tick that causes Lyme Disease) and they end up with Lyme Disease it can affect the nerves.

I would definitely recommend seeing your dr to see what they think could be causing the problem.
