Well basically there are 3,500 calories in a pound of fat. So if you can burn 500 calories a day, then you will burn off around a pound a week. A good way to do this is by eating a lot of foods that are lower in calories. Soup, cereal, grilled chicken, fish, and fruit. All these things are low in calories and they're good for you. If you can cut your calories between 1,500-2,000 per day (preferrably 1,500) and also run a few miles, that fat should just melt right off of you.

Hello,
I personally use Isagenix as my grocery store. I have released 25 pounds and my BMI went down 4%. It's an amazing product that gives you all nutirtion you need, helps remove impurities in the body, and the weight loss is like a side benefit. 100% natural fruits, veggies, etc. no drugs or fillers or additives. Too many pesticides in foods in teh grocery stores. I am a Personal Success Coach (included free) if you want to learn more. I have been told I can't give the website here. Email me for Client Testimonials and Dr. info if interested no obligations.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
