HELLO MINE,

THERE'S NOT SO MUCH AS A SPECIAL DIET AS THERE IS A STRONG WARNING NOT T USE THE TEETH WHICH NOW HAVE VERY BRITTLE PORCELAIN VENEERS, FROM DOING.
YOU SHOULD NOT CHEW OR BITE ON ICE OR USE THE TEETH FOR ANY PARA-FUNCTIONAL HABITS LIKE BITING YOUR FINGERNAILS, PULLING OUT STAPLES, ETC. USING YOUR TEETH FOR BITING ON ANYTHING HARD MAY FRACTURE THE VENEERS.

Be careful with anything that requires you to "bite into" that may be hard, crunchy or may torque the teeth when tearing. It's usually the biting into and tearing foods that will torque or place pressure on the teeth that will crack the veneers or cause them to pop off. Also be careful of drinking from bottles or bumping the veneers with a drinking glass, something we all do without thinking, but this may fracture or crack a veneer. Other than that, you can have a normal diet, just cut more of the harder foods up that you would normally bite into. Hope I've been of some help and good luck with your veneers.
