Mac system 9?

Where can I download Classic system 9.? to put on my G4. I own 10.4 Tiger and don't want to have to buy an outdated system but would like it to play some crap games.

You can't download it from any legal web site. You'll have to buy it. Search internet or eBay. Don't pay more than 30 US dollars. If your talking about a PowerMac G4, be sure it is not a Firewire 800 model because they don't do OS 9.
