Nobody is showing bible verses or texts from Josephus ect to back up what they are saying! You can't just invent things and swear they are true.. Did Isaiah prophesy about Mary being assumed?

They found her tomb in Jerusalem. Her remains were in an osuary along with osuaries of her husband Joseph, three of their son's, Jesus, (Joshua,) Joseph and James and Mary Magdalene. She was not a virgin at least since she conceived Jesus with Joseph.

NO! Even Jesus died, and then was raised as a SPIRIT to heaven.
Man I would like to see a fleshly human try to exist in the spirit realm with out falling out of the heavens (so to speak)
No of course Mary had to die in order to be resurrected as a spirit creature to exist in Heaven. So did all the apostles.
If Jesus HAD TO GET HOME THAT WAY then so did every one else!

The Church doesn't teach that Mary didn't die. It only teaches that "when her time on earth was ended" she was assumed body and soul into heaven. Whether she experienced biological death first is not known and therefore is not taught.

I'd also like to know why anyone would believe she'd show up on a piece of half-eaten grilled cheese sandwich or a highway underpass or a stain on an office window or an old slice of pizza or anyplace ELSE.

The belief in the assumption of Mary is founded on Apostolic writings of St. John. This doctrine was defined by Pope Pius XII in November 1950.

The Eastern church and the Western church has a somewhat different view on this. It is possible that she did die, but that when she died her body was taken up to heaven and is not buried anywhere on the earth.

why would anyone believe that??? well probably because we are not sure if she died or not?
as for any proof that she didnt die, i would assert that none is needed. here's why: no major religion says that she definitely didnt die. even the roman catholic church is silent on whether or not she died before being assumed into heaven.

>>Why would anyone think that the Virgin Mary didn't die?<<
Because God saved her from being stained with Original Sin, some speculate that she didn't die (death being one of the effects of Original Sin).
