try not eating after 6pm..eat healthy foods,like fruits and veggies..dont eat fatty foods.. exercise also would help you lose some weight..try walking every morning or even going to distant places that you would like to go to,instead of riding in a vehicle.
I know it would be pretty hard in doing these things but you have to sacrifice in doing this in order to achieve your goal in losing a weight.
