You probably need a few changes in your lifestyle...

Perfect for you would be learn some yoga breathing exercises........

Try to keep up healthy balanced diet - important to give your body enough vitamins and minerals to supply "brainfood" by eating more beans, nuts, bananas, fish ...........

Drink enough water! Avoid alcohol and smoking!..........

Don`t forget to learn relax + have enough rest and night sleep too!

To get back healthy balance in your body, soul and mind also try REFLEXOLOGY Treatment (at least 3-4 times in first month).

You`ll feel a big difference!

All the best!Get well soon!

Sounds like a sinus condition. Either go to the doctor or take about 7,000 mg of vite C, with lots of water mind you, for about 2 weeks. This will boost your immune system. Then when and if it's gone make sure to take about 2,000mg a day to keep troubles away. I haven't had any infections or illnesses that I've had to go to the doctor for in like 5 years.

Well you listed two things. At first based on the eyes I would have said sinused. The teeth may indicate TMJ. You may be unknowningly gringing your teeth at night. So it depends on WHEN are you getting headaches. It could be wisdom teeth as well if you still have them.

It could be as simple as water.. dehydration! I had thesame problem, and I KNEW i was dehydrated but I Didn't think it was the reason my head hurt all the time, no matter what Everyone told me. So I made an effort to intake more liquid and it went away.

STRESS;;;;;;;;
this is the biggest causer of head ache
but it could be sinusitis or hay fever and on rare occasions some thing even worse. try relaxation simple analgesia or chocolate be careful with chocolate though as allergy to this or cheese could cause the trouble.
If these don't work see your doctor
