don't wash it everyday bc it dries it out. don't straighten it every minute because it dries it out. put in a leave in conditioner once a day and condition 3 times a wk..thats it! but i know what u mean, mine did the same thing and my hairstylist told me to do this...and it worked!!

Tink gave you excellent advice. In addition, not eating right can also cause this, especially if you're not getting enough B-vitamins, protein, and/or Omega-3 fatty acids.
Go see a dermatologist. Its best to address these issues early. Also, it can take a while to get an appointment with a dermatologist because they are in high demand, so call today or Monday.
Using styling tools/chemicals can also cause this. So can fungal infections of the scalp or certain autoimmune diseases.
P.S.-->Has anything stressful happened to you in the past 3 months? Both times my sis broke up with a boyfriend, her hair started falling out significantly in the shower 3 months later (both times!). It freaked her out, but guess what? The problems solved itself. She has plenty of hair now.

Ok, you are probably not using the CORRECT shampoo and conditioner. Try visiting a hair salon since we can not tell the condition of your hair and they will gladly direct you to the CORRECT shampoo that will stop the falling out of your hair. Good Luck! in the meantime discontinue the use of the shampoo that you are your using and use something that is less harsh to your hair

here are some reasons for hair loss
1. your scalp is too dehydrated.......meaning you need more moisture
2. STRESS........this is a major culprit of hair loss
3. heredity.......sometimes it runs in your family
4. have your thyroid levels checked.......this can be done by a simple blood test.........thyroid issues can be the cause of your hair loss
5. iron deficency..........are you anemic? meaning you have low iron? ......again simple blood test can determine if you are anemic
6. you have product build-up on your scalp clogging your hair folicles..........switch to a clarifying shampoo.......try nioxin....it's made for people with thining hair
7. have you had a baby recently? hormone levels can effect hair loss
8. have you taken any new medications? some meds can make you lose some hair
9. different times of the year your hair loss cycle changes... some people lose more hair in the warmer months
advice..........less stress.......go see a stylist and ask their opinion
