I know you don´t believe in the bible but read this of the book of Revelation 17:15-18: And he says to me: “The waters that you saw, where the harlot is sitting, mean peoples and crowds and nations and tongues. 16 And the ten horns that you saw, and the wild beast, these will hate the harlot and will make her devastated and naked, and will eat up her fleshy parts and will completely burn her with fire. 17 For God put [it] into their hearts to carry out his thought, even to carry out [their] one thought by giving their kingdom to the wild beast, until the words of God will have been accomplished. 18 And the woman whom you saw means the great city that has a kingdom over the kings of the earth.”
The Great harlot is the religious system all false religions sooner God will make that the "kings" or goverments removed for ever the control and power the religions has in the "water" or human race.
Keep reading chapter 18 explain that the Political and economical forces won´t help them.

why would Atheists keep reading chapter 18? They don't read the Bible at all cause they don't believe in it. So I'm pretty sure using Biblical scripture for or against them isn't going to do much of anything.

I am an atheist and I have read the bible. Reading the bible was instrumental in me becoming an atheist. The bible should be read like the ancient Greek or Roman mythology. They are simple parables intended to teach lessons, not some great symbolic, fortune telling faerie tales.

I like how some christians claim we have never, nor will ever read the bible. In my experience most atheists have read the bible. Thats one of the reasons some of us are atheists.

It only agrees with me when I'm stoned. Sorry.
The bible is a bunch of bunk. And no, it's not religion per se I don't like....It's Christianity itself.

Err...you might want to stick with "love thy neighbor" type passages when seeking converts. Not that it will work, but at least people won't see you as a stark raving mad lunatic.

Yet another reason why that label needs to be put on all bibles.
"Warning: This book is a work of fiction. It contains explicit descriptions of violence, sexual content, child abuse, elder abuse, animal cruielty, fantasy sequences, adult language, and other potentially disturbing situations. It should not be taken literally."
