gas cheaper than water..??? water is free, it falls from the sky all the time. i have a big full rain barrel in my back yard just waiting to fuel my next water-powered car.
anyway, nobody calls because the secretary that answers the phone says the congressman is not avalable and "would you like to leave him a message and contact information..?" and besides, your congressman knows about the gas prices. if the prices were lowered your congressman wouldn't get a much of a kickback and wouldn't be able to take those month long island vacations.

There's only a limited amount of things that a Congressman could do....gas prices is so expensive because there continues to be high demand with Limited supply. As China and India continue to develop demand will keep driving prices up.

"there" is an incorrect use of that word. It should have been (their)
"congresman" is spelled wrong, and should have used (Congressmen) plural. Unless you're talking about one in particular.
"complane" is spelled wrong. (complain)
"price" should have been used plural. (prices)
