I think its about time people realize that God has a sense of humor. I love it. At least in Bruce Almighty, I'm not familiar enough with Dogma.

First of all, Dogma was about the church dogma (thus the name of the film), not God. I never saw Bruce Almight as it had Jim Carrey and I'm not very keen on him. I think God has a sense of humour. I remember the Oh, God! movies with George Burns, they were pretty funny. Monty Python's Holy Grail is a hoot too!

I haven't seen Dogma, but Bruce Almighty was STUPID, except that it proved it isn't a piece of cake to be God. Oh God, with John Denver was silly, too, but funny. I'm obviously not a big fan of comedy.

I even have examine a number of questions approximately this internet site and curiously to me that Christians are positioned down greater so than atheists. yet i assume each and every persons can examine a similar ingredient and hear something diverse. i'm a Christian. Christianity isn't a faith. basically thought i might component that out. while someone is genuinely constructive of something, they have a bent to declare so; exceptionally while asked or confronted. i understand God, Jesus and The Holy Spirit are genuine. genuine atheists understand He would not exist. Neither persons are propose, immoral, hateful human beings. From the atheist view, faith is the basis of all evil/lack of expertise. it is genuine of a few religions. Even genuine of a few who call themselves Christian. Christians understand that we, as a usa and as a human beings, are greater suited off with God in our international and in our usa than we are without Him. As a Christian, i can not say who is going to hell or to heaven. God will take care of each and every persons. who's to declare that the main vocal nonbeliever isn't saved basically till now he dies? it is God's determination. He can take care of everyone in any appreciate He chooses. honest? i'm a Christian for 30 years and he's a Christian for a million/thirtieth of a 2nd and we the two get a similar therapy?? particular, it is honest. Thank God, it is honest!!!! Do i think of your a fool? No. basically believing the incorrect ingredient. Do you think of i'm a fool? possibly, possibly no longer. yet you do think of i'm believing the incorrect ingredient.

Although I goof around a lot I don't watch movies or comical programs about God. I don't like seeing how others portray God in their understanding of Him. I prefer to keep that between Him and me

I thought parts of Bruce Almighty were funny. Others were classless. Just like the bible says, a little leaven levens the entire loaf (or movie in this case).

Interesting question as I'm sure "some" christians are offended by it, but when you think about it, what is so bad about laughing at something, it's just an alternative emotion to being serious about it all
