Umm yeah I think so. Maybe not Egypt. Most of biblical stories in the bible about Egypt don't sound too friendly to the Egyptians. The Egyptians never recorded bad history because they believed writing bad things down enabled them to happen again.

You might want to check out the Biblical story of Joseph and how he explained the dream of Paroah and the seven corns, and etc. After he explained the dreams, Joseph became incharge of a bunch of stuff in Egypt and he set up store bins for the crops for the seven years of famine.
