i like to use bah! or pah!

to me it just means "whatever!"

or sometimes "forget it!"

i doubt that you mean the sheep noise.

I've heard it before also but do not know the exact definition. I bieleve that it has something to do with ghosts/spirits on earth. i don't know somehting like that
