i like to use bah! or pah!
to me it just means "whatever!"
or sometimes "forget it!"

1. A slang word of dismissal (as in waving your hand at somebody and turning your head away, and saying "bah!")

i doubt that you mean the sheep noise.
I've heard it before also but do not know the exact definition. I bieleve that it has something to do with ghosts/spirits on earth. i don't know somehting like that
