You can join an exercise club at the local gym or you can go bike riding at the beach & other things like that. If the weather gets too warm then try doing the exercises very early in the morning or late at night when the weather cools down. Good Luck with your exercise :)

Drink tons of water. Also, if you can do muscle building thing's. Not too much though, because muscle tissue does weigh more
than fat tissue. The extra muscle tissue may add a few more pound's, but that's of calorie-burning muscle... not fat. The more
you limit the amount you eat can only hurt you if you starve yourself, but don't overeat. Try to find a fun way to get exercise,
like a sport or some sort of passive athletic hobby, such as hiking or maybe even boating (canoeing etc.). If you don't have time for that then just eat only to your need's and exercise at least 1 hour a day.

It sounds like you have a really good workout plan already. Now all you need to do is start eating healthier: switch to whole grains instead of eating food with white flour, eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, have low fat dairy products, and include lean meat or nuts. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day since it's hotter in the summer and you'll be active. Good luck, and remember you are beautiful no matter what you look like =)

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

it sounds like you already have a good plan. However, if you need motivation you should try getting a friend to exercise with. It creates a competeive edge and an obligation to go out and not make up excuses.

the super factor approximately summer is that the warmth makes you much less hungry, and you would be much less probably to consume convenience meals like bowls of warm carbohydrates. Plus, you are able to fee effectively get clean fruit. those issues fairly help me lose summer weight. additionally, regrettably, the fewer concealing clothing places the stress on.
