Nope, because they are all voluntary in an unjust war and doing the bidding of some of the biggest criminals ever to run this country.

I suppor the troops, not the cause. Those men and women are fighting for what they believe in (and sometimes not)... but that deserves my respect as I sit here and do nothing about it. They're strong people, every one of them. I just hope that the deaths and losses are as low as they can be.
Currently, I am watching people's views on the war and candidates' promises on when the troops will be back. Come voting time, I'll vote for both local and national candidates that support a limited timetable. Unfortunately, it will still be tough if a President bought in so deeply to a war without meaning can just veto the bill outright. I'm afraid those troops will be dying in the Middle East for a long time to come :(.

I support our troops and the liberties they are fighting for, but I do not agree with our government's involvement in the mideast. The govt is stretching our resources, intellect, and talents (men and women in the military) too thin.
We have so many domestic needs/concerns in our own country...such as education, domestic violence, homelessness, environmental conservation, substance abuse, etc., etc. If the govt focused more on our domestic needs, our nation would truly be a stronger, brighter, more positive place to be. I would be out of a job in social services if this was the case?
However, our govt is too wrapped up in maintaining its power and status in this world by getting involved in our nation's politics and hogging all of the natural resources (oil, oil, oil!).
I really don't have a solution to bring the troops back home. I need to think more on that one.

I totally support the troops, I don't, whoever support Bush's ideas and policies. I think that we need to get out of there. I don't really understand the reason why we are even there!? People say that it's anouther Vietnam, I agrre with that. If you don't know we kinda lost Vietnam. History repeats itself. The troops need to come home already.

I do support the American youth whom serve our country. The things I am doing to bring them back home, is slowly introduce this idea, as carefully as I can to any neighbor or friend whom will listen. I am surprised how many are in agreement with me.
Sadly, the only group I know with access to the State House wants a law to make smoking marijuana a lesser offense than it is. I want nothing to do with this group, as they dedicate their lives, to being antagonistic, threatening, and noncommunicative.
There should be a group formed, and I am now thinking because of your question, to write a letter to the two state senators, and the two congressman we have here ( I may omit one congressman, as I lived in his area, and I want nothing more to do with office, he has his personal problems, and contact with his office leads to delays, and "you have to understand") I am better off if he doesn't see my name as something to grab onto, as he got re=elected and is out of rehabilitation. This doesn't get him out of remedial living.
I do support our troops coming home, and will do something absolutely within the next two weeks.

I have always and will always support the troops. My brother and my cousin are in the military along with countless friends. I do everything I can to bring them home, I vote, I send letters, I protest and go to rallies.
I also send care packages and letters to the individual troops to let them know we are doing what we can to support them.
Peace

Yes I support them.
I own my own chopper. On the weekends I fly over and pick up a dozen or so and drop them off at the house. I don't do it for publicity. They give me gas money and that's all I ask.

support the troops? yes
support the war? no
what am i doing? praying. i can protest and write letters all i want. some dumb protest isn't gonna change the government's mind. like the president's gonna read about some mothers testimony about how she lost her only son or see some people standing on a bridge with picket signs and say "ok folks, time to call off the war"

Thats the main problem with Libs, they all claim they support the troops, but their idea of support is to cut them off and bring them home instead of helping them complete the mission they VOLUNTEERED to do. Get a life, get off the Democratic Talking points and try to get a little intellegence about what's going on in the world, Those Ragheads want to KILL you and distroy your country and you are worried about bringing the troops home...................Nuf Said
