I sent this guy a catchy e-mail on an Singles Dating Internet Site. He responded by asking me out on 5-17-07 for that evening at 7pm. I was ready by 7:10. He never sent me an e-mail, or even called for that matter. I sent him an E-mail 3:23:20 pm the following day(today), he replied at 3:35:04 and told me he was having computer problems but he would like to hook up this evening , and he would give me a call. He hasn't yet. So my question to you is , well just look at the title of this posting. I could use opinions from everyone on this one. Ohh and no I dont have his cell, or LAN line or any othe number pertaining to this individual. Thanks

Yeah, he is an a$$. Either he is just keeping you as a plan b in case what he really wants to do doesn't work out, or just seeing how long he can $crew with you. You should tell him off.

Calling you would be so simple. E-mailing you is even easier and less threatening if he has changed his mind about getting together with you. He's not playing you for a fool unless you allow it. "There are no victims, only volunteers," in these types of situations. Move on and forget him. He is telling you volumes about himself before you even meet so why put yourself through the hell he will surely create if you permit him to jerk you around.

I wouldn't put too much trust into anyone you meet on the internet. Forget about him. You made the move...he dropped the ball. You gave him a chance to make up for it...he dropped the ball again.

Surely, he is not the only guy on this dating site. I would move on. The internet is full of idiots. He sounds like one of them.

Don't bother with him...he's probably married and gets off teasing.

I have an opinion about the singles internet sites, too, but that's for another time.

Could be a few things...Either he has a girlfriend and dont want to get caught, or He really is busy and hasnt found time yet, or Maybe he is just afraid to meet someone off the net.....

Guys don't really like catchy emails. Try a less catchy one. Maybe even one that is difficult to remember.

He's acting weird, I don't know why yet. This is a special case. I'd just leave him alone. He sounds mysterious and that's alway BAD! You don't have his number, but he has yours. That's always a bad thing. Just let him go and count this as Karma sparing your heart!

He does not seem serious at all. If you do happen to go on a date with this man don;t take it seriously because he won't just see it as a free meal.
