put power to pci turn on wire,then tried ground, still does not turn on, any suggestions?

I haven't personally replaced a head unit in one of these vans, but you might have to re-locate the factory radio and keep it wired into the vehicle so that it activates the amp through the data bus. Just extend the power, accessory power, ground and data wires to the factory radio and put it somewhere else in the vehicle. Then wire the speaker connections to your new head unit.

You may also be able to find the power relay for the factory amp and activate it manually; in some Caravan's it's located in the fuse box under the hood. I don't know if that's an option on yours, though.

u nedd to hook up the remote wire(blue or blue with white stripe) from ur new stereo to the remote wire. ur factory amp in not getting a 12volt signal telling it to turn on.

The stereo is particular about what kind of trash it rides in.
