Sentence is correct Italian (night in italian is the "night club", we use the English term). Just the last word is slightly mispelled since it must be "vuole".

Into Italian translation is :

"No, I don't come back to the night club..send there Lucy, if she likes".

I have already seen this question before...where you guys find it from?
That is the combination of bad English and bad Italian.
It is trying to say:
"No, for the whole night, i am not going back there...
Send Lucy there, if you wish"
