If your going to get in shape you might as well get a useful level of functional strength. In my opinion you should get fighting fit,not look at my pecs muscle head bloated. Chuck Lidell would knock out Arnold Schwarzenegger any day....I hope I spelled Schwarzenegger right. If you train like a prize fighter (preferebly MMA stlye) you will be fit, and fit to do something... like KICKIN' A**!!!

Better to be in fighting shape because you never know when you need to fight. Heck, I get in at least 5 fights a day and I am 42. My fitness ain't so good, but if anybody says anything about it, I give them a knuckle sandwich!

you would have to have a good level of fitness to be in fighting shape.
