Besides glitter...
Many dancers wear body makeup, and sometimes it rubs off during a lap dance. It's *really* hard to get out of clothes, it would take more than soap and water in the strip club's bathroom to remove.
Also, strippers wear heavy cheap perfume. It's usually smells like candy.

He is wearing a different shirt than he went to work with. When you get a lap dance you get covered in perfume and glitter, both of which you can wash off in the bathroom before leaving. However you can't get it out of your shirt...sure sign.

I went to a strip club and I got a couple of lap dances..
Well the dancer had this glitter stuff on her,
when I got home my wife looked at me and said you got glitter all over your face and shirt, I told her to make some dinner and she did.
