She may be weirded out by a mole which she may worry that it is a genital wart. Is is a genital wart? As for the 5 inches, she won't care if you know how to use it right. It is not the size that matters, it is how the guy uses it.

Listen dude, it's not the size in all cases. Foreplay plays a lot in a relationship. You can please your woman more ways than just one.
