Okay. So I got up from the computer yesterday and it felt like my hip was out of place. Today it still feels that and hurts me when I walk and try to move my leg all that much. Do you know if there is a reason for this?

Check the chair you are sitting in. Is it at the right height? Are your legs cramped when you sit there? Get up and move around after 45 mins. You need exercise.

sitting all day is extremely hard on the hip muscles. you could have inflammation in the muscles at the hips. I suggest you use a good cushion in your chair so that your muscles are not being pushed on all day. It's a good idea to get up every 30 minutes and move around to improve the circulation.

I recommend you see a chiropractor so they can help you with this problem. I've enclosed to link for you can find a chiropractor in your area.

Go to the ER or make an immediate appointment with a doctor you trust. You could have pulled or torn a ligament. It NEEDS medical attention!!!
