YES!!! Dog will be VERY sick after doing that....fatally so. Get to vet ASAP!!!
DO NOT WAIT A SECOND if you care about the dog. This causes kidney failure if he ingested enough (and it doesn't take much at all to kill a dog) Even when caught early sometimes there is little that can be done. But get him to a vet pronto, he may not have taken in enough, but regardless he needs a vet NOW.

My dad lost many animals to this. He was not aware for sometime that some antifreeze was left behind the garage.
Please go to vet right away.

Yes... omg your dog will be so sick after licking anti-freeze forgive me for being so upfront but your dog wil die!
Please do the fallowing and your dog will survive:
1) Got to your vet and any other emergency vets in the area... yes that means loading your pooch into the car
2) you dog could begin vomiting but that is only natural so be ready
3) offer you dog water
4) get to the vets... hope for the bes, and send your dog love from me and yourself.
If you do this soon enough your dog WILL SURVIVE!!!

If you don't get that dog to the vet within 12 hours, he will face certain death. After 12 hours it is too late to save the kidneys and your dog will die. Get off the internet and take the dog to an emergency clinic right now!

Yes, and he should be....
Antifreeze accumulates in his liver and causes permanent failure if given in enough amount. In such cases, it is fatal. Take him to a vet immediately if he has injested a good amount.
By the way, the same thing will happen to human too. It is one of the hidden danger from common household items.

TAKE HIM TO A VET NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dogs are attracted to antifreeze (ethylene glycol) by its sweet smell and taste, but the antifreeze destroys some internal organs almost instantly.

PLEAASSSEE i urge you to take your dog to a vet immediately!!! antifreeze kills animals!! A dog has a better chance of survival when he comes in contact with this killer if he is treated promptly. As for cats, they are never as lucky.
please get rid of the antifreeze!!
