Just take a wash cloth, get it wet and use baby shampoo. Its safe and won't hurt her eyes if you accidentally get some there.

if your cat is not use to a bath, you can get some baby shampoo and get it out. First take a rag and get it wet and wipe the cats head so it is wet and then a little bit of the shampoo on the rag rub into the cats fur on the spot...then take another rag wet it and wring most of the water out and rub the spot keep rinsing out the rag and wiping the spot til soap is gone.....good luck

first of all you you have a female cat, so if you can smell cat pee, shes probably been around a male cat, thier pee has a very strong odor, and its much worse if they havent been spd/nute., Please take your kitty to the vet to make sure that a health problem is not causing this odor. If you need to just get rid of the smell, honest to God, massengil {yes, a douche} WILL get rid of even male cat pee!

I'd just go ahead a wash her with kitty shampoo. If that's not possible, then baby wipes. The pee smell will eventually go.

she probably has pee because if you have other male cats around they will pee on her to mark territory. If you clean it she will probably get it again. use baby wipes with soapy water

Baking soda dissolved in water. Wash her head with that.

Next time aim for the toilet, not her head.
