My doctor prescribed 600mg ibuprophen for my back pain, I am having cold sweats, is this normal?

I also do not have a fever, I have a normal body temperature. The weather isn't hot and I'm a slim person, so I never really sweat. I've never had this before, what can be the cause of this?
