what are your weight loss secrets that are fast and don't starve me?

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Drink water before each meal, eat fiber (it bulks up in your stomach and makes you feel less hungry), drink green tea (it's mildly thermogenic, but still beats lattes), try to base your meals on proteins and simple carbs (fruits and vegetables), don't eat 2 hours prior going to bed. Try having 5 or 6 mini meals, and space them evenly throughout the day.
French people have a saying that translates roughly to,
Have breakfast like a king,
have lunch like a business man
and have dinner like a pauper.

eat breakfast early within an hour of waking up, also do cardio for at least 10min as soon as you wake up both of these steps revive your metabolism and get it going.
eat every 3 hours : let say you wake up 7:00 am
7:00 breakfast
10:00am snack
1:00 lunch
4:00 snack
7:00pm dinner
make sure most your food is veggies and fruit for snack and white meat " fish & chicken breast"
also drink plenty of water at least 64oz (8 cups) try to drink more
also replace your coffee with green tea
for exercise : jogging is great for burning cal's
for thighs : squads and lunges "there great and really work

cut processed foods, sugars, white bread, white rice, pasta, potatoes and bad fats. Eat good fats, less carbs and lots of vegetables. Exercise daily, try walking it's fun.

Get Kevin Trudeau's book. It is accurate, healthy, and you dont have to stop eating. Its all about better foods and good nutrition. No drugs or unnatural junk that people are buying.

Also, eat the right things-not so many carbs, but more vegetables, and fruits
