so im almost 17 years old. i want to buy my first car in a few months. im thinking somewhere in the $8000-9000 range?? how much do you think i would have to pay a month for it. and does anyone know average insurance costs for teenagers?? i would really appreciate the help! thanks!

You must have a adult to sign for you unless you wish to wait until you are 18, and your insurance will largely depend on what you buy ..i.e. mustang or a 4 door sedan...but in any case will be at least a $100 a month...please ask to take the car to an independent mechanic and have him look it over,
many garages offer this service for free or a small fee...and do enjoy your first car...good luck

$8-$9000 depending on your credit it could range $300-#450 a mth ins very high my son at 17 (now) was told $2500-$3000 a year most will only give a six mth policy though good luck an you may want to get a cheeper reliable car for the first
