If i goto the gym and burn 1000 calories 5 times a week and eat 5 healthy and smaller proportioned meals how much should i expect to loose per week? Thanks
My normal diet and exercise has workd all this time i just want to do this extra work for the next 3 weeks to loose a few more kg's before i go on my holiday!!

dont count calories burned because there is no way you can know it precisely, machinse dont know it. Count time doing cardio - 30-50min 4-6 times a week (the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then start burning fat)
