It is true what you say.
It is our job as Christians to spread the gospel, so that everyone has the opportunity to accept Christ as his Savior.
Only God can decide about a woman who never heard the gospel. I'm not God, so I don't know the answer.
If someone has heard about Christ and does not accept Christ as his Savior then he will not go to heaven.
I know that's hard to hear. I was the same way before I became a born again Christian. I can only tell you that once you know the 'truth' that some things become clearer.
The fact that you are asking questions like this are good. Maybe you are hearing the Lord tapping on your heart?
The Lord loves us. He wants the best life for us. It may appear cruel to you, but it is not. Everyone gets the chance, if you choose to reject Him, you will get the result of that decision.
What will you decide?

Oh ugh, another legalistic question, sometimes these make me want to go take a nap lol.
Jesus said He was the Truth, the Way and the Life, and all who follow His way will follow Him straight to God's throne and will be forgiven.
So, if you go by what Jesus said then...
The Truth is that it's not about the law, it's about the heart. You can obey every letter of the law and still wind up in the fires of hell, if your heart is bad. The Truth is also that you can do some seriously messed up stuff and if your heart seeks God always, even that will be forgiven.
The Way to do it is to consider the teachings of Jesus in all that you do (whatever you are doing), to ask yourself how He would do it and do it that way rather than the messed up way you did it before.
The Life you get from doing things His "Way" and making His "Truth" a part of your life is a complete turnaround of the life you had before, you are literally a new creation, a changed person.
So, you have said she's a good person with a good heart, and has basically followed all the teachings of Christ, she just didn't get a chance to know Jesus before her death.
And you think God's gonna throw her in Hell because she did everything His Son taught? Puhleese lol

Heck no! the lake of fire is saved for Satan and his demons.
This lady and Billions like her going back to the dawn of time who never lived in the fertile crescent or the middle east where the religion you speak of started are innocent.
Did you never read in the Bible book of Romans Chapter 6 verse 23: For the wages sin pays is death, but the gift god gives is everlasting life by Jesus Christ our Lord.
When you die, your death has paid for your sins.
You are now forgiven, and Jesus is free and willing to ressurect you to learn to be an obediant human under His divine rule.
No matter what we claim to be Jesus tells us through the Apostles that we are all sinners, but in Romans 3:20 It said that Therefore by works of law no flesh will be declared rightous before him, for by law is the accurate knowledge of sin.
So, if you do not understand the consept of sin, if you do not have accurate knowledge, God knows that, and he knows you need His undeserved Kindness that He is more than willing to provide for all humans.
And Acts 24:15 tells us there will be a ressurection of the rightous and the unrightous.
Don't let any one tell you that the God who is LOVE would ever burn or torchure his favorite creations!...Humans
Now in Revelations Chapter 20 verses 14 and 15, it said this" And DEATH and HADES were hurled into the Lake of Fire, Further more, who ever was not found in the book of Life was hurled into the Lake of Fire.
This is Those who had while knowing GOD had gone on to purposely offend Him, Like the Devil, and the Demons, and Enlightened Humans who chose to side with the demons after knowing Gods Love and Kindness.

Well its slightly more complicated than that. I understand why you see it that way though, its a common misconception on the nature of God. See the whole controversy thats going on is between the Devil and God, right, and the Devils tryna get people to be a part of his Kingdom, and God wants people to be apart of His, and at the end of this whole thing God has to be found just, it has to be shown without a shadow of a doubt that God isnt forcing people to worship and love Him. However the Devils managed to get this idea of people being forced into loving and worshiping God with this whole Hell thing and burning for eternity. So many people in so many churches try to use this to get people to join the church by scaring, this is not what Jesus wanted to do. God basically let people know what the result would be if you follow the Devil, which is burning up. And its not like Gods burning people up on purpose just cus He hates them or anything, not at all. Its cus first of all people who don't love God, are gonna hate living in a place where God is, so sinners are gonna hate heaven, and theyre gonna hate the Kingdom that will be on this Earth after the final judgement. So theres that reason. Also, Gods presence is like a raging fire, like being near a Being that perfect and that Holy, sinful beings will just die, and burn up in the presence. So if God's presence is going to be everywhere all over the Earth, and there'll be sinful people, who don't even like God, theyre just gonna simply die, burn up and die as a matter o fact. So it kinda sucks, but thats just whats gonna happen, God didnt, and doesnt want it to happen, but thats just the product of sin. This is what the Devil wanted to test, and prove, and so its being tested and proven. And as far as your illustration goes, with the old lady and all that, if the old lady truly understood Christ and had an experience with Him, she would chooe Him, and if she didnt it would be blatant. She would be consciously knowingly rejecting Him, and so her fate pretty much is cut out for her.

Well, even as a devoted Christian I've asked myself this many times. But being a good person alone does not get you into heaven. It is all about believing in Christ because he was the great sacrifice.
The bible says in Mark 16:15 And He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. 16:16 "He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned..."
This doesn't mean necessarily that everyone who does not know Jesus will be condemned, but those who HEARD of Jesus and CHOSE not to be saved will be condemned.
I don't think we can ever know what happens to those who fit into the category of people who have not yet heard of Jesus.
I hope this helps =]

No one lives a good life -- from Gods point of view, unless you acknowledge Jesus. You can not be good enough. None of us are. If she is already worshiping another god then the true God that you say she has an acquaintance with, would have been revealed to her. At that point she either rejects or accepts Gods. Now if she rejects God, what should God do? If she accepts His grace, what should God do? He has made it abundantly clear in scripture. His love is unconditional but He can not lie. And to go against what he said he'd do would be a lie. There are always conditions attached to choices we make.

The story of the god of moses is a story that is very detailed and should be looked into deeply before being judged. To my belief god has been here since forver and there was no begining for him. In heaven his highest angle, lucifer, was jealous of gods power and tried to turn his angles against him. God of course was outradged and threw him out and lucifer (a.k.a. the devil) took al the angles he could with them when he went out of heaven and those angels are demons. Then he created earth and humans to prove that he is a fair god. All any one has to do to go to god is repent which is to ask for forgivness and try not to do it again, and you have to know and have a realationship with Jesus Christ our savior. Try reading the bible its pretty intresting and itllexplain it all in much better detail than i ever could.

You bring up a good point in asking the question, "What happens when one who hasn't heard or known "The One and True God" worships a god. The Apostle Paul brought up on at least 2 seperate occassions: Acts 17: 22-34 and Rom. 1: 16-32, Which is why Christ told christians to do Matt. 28: 18-20. And why Jn. 3:16-21 is so very important to sinners all over the world. Should you believe the Scriptures as God's Word II Tim. 3:16-17. And do what it says Rom. 10: 14-17, and taking this and doing what is required through obedience in showing our faith and trust as we see the very one's who were there did when they heard Peter on His first Sermon Acts 2: 14-47. So, does God or Christ want or desire Anyone to Perish? No, which is why Christ came to...Jn. 10: 11-18; 1 Jn. 3: 13-24. And like the billions of people who know not The True God it is for those who dare put on the Name of Christ to Spread His message to Save Sinners from God's wrath! Matt. 28: 18-20, Acts 2: 22-47. For which is more just to have everyone in Heaven who do not know Him, yet continually deny Him upon this Earth or have the faith of Abraham and the Prophets Heb. 11: 1-12:1-2. Even tho we haven't seen our Promised Land we know it is There because of His Promise!? And it is Because of His allowing us Free-Will that decides where WE as INDIVIDUALS to end up! So, whether you hear God's Word for the Very First time or hear it over and over where it falls upon Deaf ears. Like you, "I have NO excuse!" Threrfore, I am commanded to share my knowledge OF Him not only out of Service to My King but to my Savior who loved me enough when I knew Him NOT yet He died for me anyway. And because of His self-sacrifice and through His providence in His resurrection my hope and all Christians who bow to His Will Have a Name in His BOOK OF LIFE! Study on!

Okay thank you for your vote. That would be one for those who don't like God's plan. Even though he created you for His own reasons, gave you breath and a brain you now use to oppose Him Do you think maybe you could learn who He is, BEFORE you start condemning Him?
What will it be like for those who know they need Jesus, like you, and reject Him?
God is an omnipotent, omnicient, omnipresent entity who created everything that exists, or at least the material to build it from. He can do what He wants whether you think its fair or not. But He is merciful and the Bible says the punishment for those who know better is worse than those who don't. Where does that leave you?
My God, do you have children? What are you doing to poiison their minds.? Congrats you may be responsible for sending them to hell, if you don't tell them what you know and let them make a choice for themselves.

Why are there so many people trying to slash the throat of faith? Those who practice Christianity in it's many forms have diffrent interpretations of the words in the Bible. No one interpretation is the only right one, it's what you read into it yourself; what you believe. I, personally, believe that all religions revere the same God. The story of the Tower of Babel can be one interpretation of how there are so many diffrences. In my belief everyone will go to Heaven, except the truly vile, evil, & inhumane.
