there is no way we get to chose which body parts to lose the weight off. overall weight (fat) loss is the only way to lose fat.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Girl I have the same problem. First you need to drink lots of water. Soda can add fifteen pounds a year if you drink too much! Water will slim you down even if you don't exercise alot. The best thing for stomach fat are sit ups, crunches, water aerobics, and stair climbing.

First way is dieting. And dieting involves suffering, it's not easy.

Second way is doing weights at the gym to increase your metabolism.

Third way is doing interval sprint workouts. So for instance, sprint at 90% for 45 seconds, and then jog for 3 minutes, then sprint at 90% for 45 seconds, then jog for 3 minutes...repeat 8 times.

that's the only way to cut stomach fat. Your body will continue burning calories for 1-2 hours AFTER the workout. It's great.

Long distance cardio is a waste of time (in terms of weight loss).

Yes. I lost 20 lbs. in 3 weeks by running about 25 miles per week and eating broth-based soups, salmon, lots of fresh fruits and veggies, and a balanced dinner (meat, veggies, grain). Be sure that you include a lot of fiber because it will make you feel full (I eat a whole grapefruit or some chard with dinner). Also be sure to watch your portions and only eat until you are full. Don't feel that you have to clear your plate! And what can I say, but CARDIO, CARDIO, CARDIO!!!!! Running torches calories fast and really strengthens and tones your entire body. Good luck!

All of the late night ads showing different ab excercises is completely ?@?#!.

Stick to a regular cardio routine and integrate a light circuit training and you'll be thinner and more tone.

Not really other than eliminating sugars and lots of heavy carbs. Drink plenty of water too. Stomach is mostly diet and cardio. Ab exercises will help.

You cannot lose weight in a specific targeted area. Your genetics will decide where you lose weight first. Crunches though might make it look a little tighter as it will tighten up those muscles.

The only way to do is cardio.

You can't spot reduce.

If you eat healthy and swim/run/walk/anything else cardio-related you'll lose the weight.

Good luck!
