Okay. I am 5`6 and 164 IBS. I want to lose like at least 30 pounds by next August, when school starts again. What are some things that I can do, to reassure that I will be able to lose this weight. What do you think is the ideal weight? Is 30 IBS too much? ECT. Whatever you may think will be helpful to lose weight,
ALSO- I can`t join like a free weight club, cause I`m too young.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I don't believe that losing alot of weight in a short time span is too healthy for you. However, you may want to try exorcising and things like that. Some examples may include: riding your bike, jogging, running, and swimming.

You may also want to cut down on any sugars that you happen to be consuming. Another thing may be to eat things with a lower fat content. Here's an example for you. If you're eating regular yogurt, you may want to try to switch to a light yogurt. I wish you luck!
