Sorry to here that your still sick. Sad to say there is a bad cold and Flu virus going around and some people including me can be hit with them both. You will either get the cold or flu symptoms first then while your immune system is weak you get hit with the other.
Go see your DR. he can give you medication to help suppress the symptoms or put you on antibiotics to help. (Watch for fevers, chills, nausea and vomiting, and any yellow-green mucus. Go see a Dr. for these symptoms.)
Best thing is to get rest drink lots of fluids and take your Vitamin C. Throat lozenges and sprays that numb the throat
will help with the soreness. It will take a while to shake this off I am sorry to say but hang in there and I will repeat this again. It won't hurt to see your Dr.

I'm not a doctor but I did go to school to become a Medical Assistant. When I get a bad cold what I do is take some type of daytime medication whether it's Dayquil or some other type that won't make you tired and I take that until I'm done with all the things I have to do during the day and then I go to Nightquil or something to help me sleep. I normally do this until I start feeling better so try that for a few days and if you still feel like you're dying then I would go to your physician.

Okay. It's not something I'd recommend routinely, but if you find a doctor who's agreeable to this - it will work.
Get a shot of steroid (decadron or prednisone). That will suppress your body's inflammatory reaction to the bug you're fighting. It may not be the healthiest approach, but it will alleviate the symptoms and you will appear to get over it much quicker.
Bear in mind though - this is a trap. It isn't REALLY curing you....it just helps your body perform in spite of the illness. And most people think that's okay, but you need to be aware that you'll just be masking the problem while you're suppressing everything your body does to fight it. So take scrupulously good care of yourself - vitamins, sleeping and eating right - the whole nine yards. Otherwise, you may end up sicker again, much quicker, unless you treat yourself very carefully while you're recovering.

By negative three, I'm assuming you mean celsius? I'm in Idaho, U.S.A. Right now on my farm is is 12 degrees fahrennheit. That is -11 celsius. Of course this is the daytime high temperature for us. After the sun goes down it will get cold. Probably down to -20 fahrennheit, which is -28.8 celsius. Of course if the wind starts up, and i need to factor in wind chill, then it will get even colder, very, very fast. Last year with wind chill factored in, we had -68 fahrenheit, which is -55.5 celsius....we had that for about a week strait. I just checked....we have a 7mph wind. So that effectively brings the outside temperature down to 1 degree fahrenheit, or -17 celsius. Winds are suppose to pick up tonight to about 35 mph.....going to be a VERY cold night in my neck of the world. ~Garnet Homesteading/Farming over 20 years

I'd suggest that you go to the doctor, as there might be a possibility of a bacterial infection. If it's viral, I believe it should go away without the need of any antibiotic. However, if it's bacterial, I believe you'll need some type of antibiotic to treat it.
For now though, I'd suggest that you rest and drink plenty of fluids. Also, maybe some Motrin or something like that would help make you feel better.
