Did he fly way and disappear like the sandman on spiderman 3?

He's kind of elusive, like a phantom. And I think a handful of internet savvy people are taking turns playing this character using the "cloning" method. By my watch, he appears a few times a week. A close cousin to him is Julia.

It's supposed to be a question and answer site.
Months ago he was nearly filling the site with his non-questions.
They've banned him, but he seems to have come back yet again.
I don't know why he doesn't just make a web page for his silly posts, then all of his fans could read him there.
And he wouldn't be one of those filling this useful and interesting site with sludge.
Sorry for the rant, but I've seen this site when it's almost all sludge.
Yahoo has been cracking down, with the result that there are more interesting things, and less garbage (stupid jokes, hate, spam, porn, "thanks for the 2 points" and other non-content).
A lot of people who had real questions and quality answers have been driven away from this site because they came here and saw 70% of it being sludge.
I want those kinds of people to come here, and stay here, posing good questions, and writing strong, interesting, helpful, well-informed answers.

The stupid questions he asks, in the guise of some spineless person who is incapable of making any decisions, paired with that ridiculous picture, always makes me chuckle. I think he's hilarious.
