ok.... without excersising... and no fake stuff.... I don't think that is going to work lol. what i found worked for me, though, was start out with dance dance revolution on xbox as an excerise routine... just do the dance master mode... and once you can hit the beats on light you start losing some weight... i got to standard difficulty before i got bored and left DDR for a few months for some other excersises. not sure how much weight you will lose on DDR. in a couple months i went from 180 - 175, but in that time my strength rose alot from a strength-training routine i was on - so that probably added 10 or so lbs to me, so i guess i probably lost 15 of fat. After that i started doing breakdancing (and of course about a month after i start they start making movies about it again) and that gained yet more muscle and lost more fat. at current, 5 months in, I'm 160 lbs (5'9) - but probably lost quite a bit more than 20 lbs of fat because my man boobs are gone (i had some pretty big man boobs lol) and I'm starting to develop a 6-pack - where before i had a nice cushion of fat over my ribs and stomache. also just today i started up on jogging 7 miles every other day (with 2 mile jogs on the off days, but i've had that about a month now) and methinks this will lose more fat and help my core out alot. so good luck losing weight, but don't pay for anything that says it'll make u lose fat unless it's an excersise machine or something, waste of money if you ask me.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the calorie calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/caloriecalclb.html This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.

Weight loss is simple math......burn of fmore calories than you take in, and you'll lose weight. You don't have to be "good" at exercising..just do it- you have to raise your heartrate for a god 20 or 30 minutes 3 or 4 times per week.
Without exercise to burn off more calories, all you have is the taking in less calories part.....don't starve yourself.

It's all about portion control.Eat five small meals a day.Eat fruits and vegetables and cut out fried foods and sweets. If you have to have them, then eat just a tiny bit.You definitely have to exercise to burn calories and get your metabolism going.Start with walking. It really helps. Also drink alot of water. If you don't like water, try flavored water.

The best way to lose weight and keep it off is with a total body cleanse product that provides nutrients. The body retains fat and fluids to buffer itself against toxins. Get rid of the toxins and the excess fat and fluid comes off. This can be done quite rapidly if you choose the right product.Community guidelines will not allow me to name a prodcut here on yahoo answers. :((

Drink green tea especially after meals. In my case I only eat one meal a day which is lunch. I only eat a serving, just one. Whenever I feel hungry I just drink sugar free coffee. It works for me, less than three days you'll see the results.

You have to keep your heart rate up longer than 20 mintues for each activity. You don't start burning calories until that 20 minute mark to where you are burning fat. So you really do have to atleast double your time on the bike.

I dropped when I started using my stationary bike and playing xbox at the same time. I get so involved in the video game that Like an hour and half later...I am like WOW....12 miles!!!
It really works. I dropped 20 pounds on that alone.

I also went to my local drug store and did a colon fiber cleaning. Your intestines have alot of old rotten waste and you can tell espeically if you sweat and your sweat has a "food" smell of what you eat. You are sweating out whats rotting in your intestines. Its bacially just fiber tablets but you stay on it for approx 2 weeks and it cleans off the walls or your intestines and makes things flow smoother.
Sorta the same theory with drano and your kitchen sink pipes. When you eat alot of meat the diameter of your colon and intestines get more narrow and so things tend to stick to the walls...Like pipes in the kitchen..the more you stick down there..the more the drain will clog up from everything attatching to the walls of the drain pipe.

People who are in their mid 20's or higher can loose about 10 pounds alone on just cleaning out their system. From all the years of eating badly. It helps your colon, intestings, your digestive track, you sweat cleaner, it helps bad breath..because bad breath comes from your stomach and intestines so what is rotting also comes back up thru your air.

Okay..Hope I didn't gross you out!!

Also, don't drink alcohol it dehyrates you and makes you eat junk so you'll end up taking in unwanted calories. And NO carbinated drinks...It just fills up your stomach with air and pushes your stomach forward. You can also loose one pant size just by letting all the air out of your stomach.

Oh by the way..after I did all this..I went from 168 to 127 and I am now a size 4 jeans.

ADDITION: I forgot to mention that I also have a calorie counter watch. You can pick one up at walmart for a low price. If you keep to 1,200 calories is good. You need to burn 3,500 to burn off one pound of fat. So add those up 3,500 plus 1,200..you will need to burn off in one day 4,700 calories to loose ONE pound. If you use the watch like I do, I wear it all day when I work out...I find that changing your thinking and getting away from the scale really helps. You find your self...clapping your hands, singing louder, chewing gum, walking up and down your hallways, and soo on to add extra numbers to your total.. Its really easy!! And I think it would help give you a better understanding of what it takes to burn off one pound.

Good Luck!!
