why not have world union in which japan joins the rest of the world or if you mean non actual destruction work up a scenario where you can pit north korea and nazi germany against eachother in a time warp the un an effective un could fight the nazis or how about one in which russia has a green party and is part of the un and the nazis are defeated in elections and by the un both do not like that well you could have the un fight both the germans, japan,and fascist italy or if it is a movie you want made buy a vidio recorder and film your action pieces that is anyone interested could find some costumes and play out the scenarios or just find some war markers at your store and film them and narrate the plot in your vidio recorder
