I eat really really good. I watch my calories, fat, all that yada yada. I've been going to the gym for nearly a year now, I lift weights 3-5 times a week and do cardio 3-6x a week for an hour. I'm just not seeing the results I want to. For the next month I was planning on running 1-3 miles everyday to see if I can slim down better that way. I weight 125, am 5'4 and 19. I'm "normal", but I want my body fat to go down. If I run a lot and keep eating healthy {which I seriously do} will I see better results??

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

For eating healthy, you need to make sure you are cutting out refined sugar. Anything that contains high fructose corn syrup, sugar, any of those sugary "code words" will hurt you. The only way to lose body fat is to continue eating healthy, cutting calories, and working out. However, depending on how fast you run, 1-2 miles is probably not enough of a workout for someone of your age and seemingly in shape. Make sure your cardio sessions are at least 30 minutes, but be careful of overworking yourself. Take every 7th day off for active if not complete rest to avoid burnout, and switch your workouts up - doing the same thing every time you lift or work out won't give you the best results.

sometime over working can slow down your process. But each individual needs are so different, perhaps it is time for you to hire a professional trainer.
