I eat really really good. I watch my calories, fat, all that yada yada. I've been going to the gym for nearly a year now, I lift weights 3-5 times a week and do cardio 3-6x a week for an hour. I'm just not seeing the results I want to. For the next month I was planning on running 1-3 miles everyday to see if I can slim down better that way. I weight 125, am 5'4 and 19. I'm "normal", but I want my body fat to go down. If I run a lot and keep eating healthy {which I seriously do} will I see better results??
