It seems it was translated by one of those web translators so it is very bad Spanish.
Something like
It is wonderful that you decided to love me in Spanish which is an enchanting language. How I would have liked to study this one I love you, my love.

The Spanish isn't all that bad, what it should say to make a little more sense is "es realmente maravilloso que has decidido amarme en español, la cùal es una lengua muy encantadora. Como deseo, querido estudiar este (idoma) aun te quiero, mi querido" Which means, using the "corrected" version, "It is really amazing that you have decided to love me in Spanish, since it is such a charming tounge. How I desire, my darling, to study this (language) I still love you, my darling." If you are a girl and a boy send this to you, you need to remind him that in Spanish there are genders, and he used the male gender instead of the female. If you are a boy, however, then whoever wrote this did an ok job with the gender. I suggest you look into getting 501 Spanish Verbs, it is a great reference book and helped me learn Spanish grammar.

The Spanish is not 100% correct, so it takes a bit of guessing to come up with a meaning. I´ll try.
"It is really marvelous that you decided to love me in Spanish, which is a very enchanting language. How I desire, my love, to study this one! I love you, my dear."
It´s the best I can do with what you gave us.

Something along the lines of.......
It's wonderful you decided to love me in spanish. This is a lovely language. How I wish to learn how to say I love you, my darling.
It really doesn't make sense, my husband couldn't really get the meaning of it, in how they wrote it. Hope this gives you an idea of what the person is trying to say.

it's uncomprehensible, but it says something along the lines of "It's really marvelous that you decided to love me in Spanish that is language very enchanting. I wish to study this one I love you, mi love". it's not that my english is bad is just that the text is just a bunch of nonsense.

It doesn't make much sense. It seems like a bad translation from yet another language.
