Well you are not giving your body the proper nutrients that it needs per day...one small meal is not enough for a growing girl...you need to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner...you could end up with an iron deficiency or worse if you continue to eat this way....the three hours of exersize is probably burning almost all of the calories that you have consumed in your one meal...you need calories to live and be healthy...it may not be today or next month but there will be side effects on your body and your looks if you dont eat more...I am not saying eat big meals...just make sure you eat a few times a day and get the proper nutrients that your body needs to grow and function...If you can do this I would say you do not have an eating disorder..however, if you find this difficult to do then you may have an eating disorder....either way I am sure you are a really good person..just eat a bit more....Good luck

Well, I used to be the same way as you I'm 13 years old and I was in the Hospital, but it wasn't because of an eating disorder. I used to be very very skinny. I think that eating one same meal a day is bad. You need energy to go through the whole day. One of the most important meals is breakfast. Your not eating any breakfast, which makes it even worst. If you work out a lot, you need even more energy. Remember that to lose weight you don't have to stop eating. You just have to eat the same, but eat healthy. Eat thinks that are natural, whole wheat, and that have a lot of vitamins and minerals. Your a growing teenager and at that age you need as much energy then ever.

I think that if your trying to get thin your are doing a disservice to your body by not eating enough...Your body needs calories and food to function properly, you can still workout (although 3 hours may be overdoing it) and be thin but eat when you feel hungry and you won't gain weight. One meal a day isn't enough. Eat small stuff throughout the day, you will feel much better and since you're concerned about it you will still look great. Do your body and all the people that care about you a favor.

hello sarah, i dont think that you have literally an eating disorder, u just need to manage your eating habits, eating once a day only is not healthy and the fact that you already fainted twice??..thats too scary and risky for your health.. i think you have to manage your eating habits like try to eat at the exact time 3 times a day, breakfast is very important but you have to measure the amount of food you eat everyday, not too much, maybe a half of what you usually had before you start dieting, you'll get used to this kind of eating habit if you commit to it..eat healthy foods like fruits with lots of fiber, and continue with the exercise.. you will gradually get the weight you want without risking your health ..

Yes if you lost all that weight in just one month and you only have one small meal a day and exercise overtime you defiantly have an eating disorder. I suggest you get help from a therapist ASAP before it gets worse. Good luck! :)

Its is unhealthy how you lost it, start eating 3 meals a day and don't exercise so much if you were to tell a doctor this yes he would think you had an eating disorder.

eating 1 small meal a day sounds like a problem to me.
You have it backwards: people eat 3 times a day and exercise once, rather than eat once and exercise for 3 hours. If you were my daughter, I'd be very concerned.

as long as you don't continue to lose weight and stay stable at 110 you will be ok.
you lost the weight too fast and it was dangerous.
if you lose another 2 pounds in the next couple of weeks i would put you in a inpatient hospital program.
i think you almost meet the clinical definition of anorexia which
is maybe 20% of your weight in a few months.
yes there is a problem. you must stop losing weight at this rate.
it ruins your heart and you can DIE.

you are starting an unhealthy relationship with food, I dont think you realize how addicting these behaviors can be. Go to a doctor, (a dietician) they can give you an overall assesment, and tell you what weight you should be how to eat healthy and how to maintain your results. Do not lose more weight. Anorexia, is what is sounds like you are becoming. This can and will kill you with out help. Please for the sake of the people who care for you get counceling!!!!!!!!!!!!!
