You can't very well give Glory to something you don't believe in or refuse to believe in. Everyone has been given free choice. They chose to not believe. That is their prerogative. Only those who are born- again Christians and being led by the Spirit of God know truly how to Give God glory. Does Satan give God Glory? How could you expect an Atheists too?

For the same reason that theists don't use their God given brain to think for themselves, instead,they adopt the most common belief for the sake of fitting in or fear of bieng wrong for thinking for themselves.
If God gave me a life to glorify him then he can kiss my azz. If I created earth and man, I would not expect them to glorify me. That would be the last thing I would want. So there you have it. If I gave life I would give it freely with no need for payback. Respect is earned, it cannot be taken. I am God. Good luck proving me wrong.

Quite simply, because God doesn't exist. You can't expect us to praise God without first giving us sufficient evidence that he does in fact exist.
