Hi i'm a guy and I need help from ladies, cause its long hair! What hair style is this called? And...... can you tell me what it has i have no clue about girl things like, tell me of it has bangs, or whatever and etc. please.. thanks ladies!

There is no particular name for this cut. It is actually long layer cut. The Thing to tell the Stylist , and I do mean Stylist , is that you need the longer layer on top with shorter ones that are taper in on the back . This is really not that far off from a mans normal cut just a little longer.
Of course the best thing to do is bring the picture. Even if it is in black in white. All they need is the basics of the cut and they are use to people bringing in pics.

Ummm....it's not that cute...I think most boys look really cute with a sort of shaggy hairstyle, like the picture but shaggier. Ask your hair cutter, they know a lot of hairstyles that will flatter you face, etc.
