I'l 12 but amazingly, I am 5'6. I weigh 130 pounds right now, though I lost 2 in the past two days from diet & excersing. (woo-hoo!) I want to lose my bellyfat and slim my thighs. Will it go away if I continue losing weight? I bike ride everyday on an average of 20 minutes, do 3 sets of 30 on the ab lounge, have gym class once a week, and do jump rope. I want to get down to 110/115 lbs, fcousing on my thighs and stomach. Do you know of any foods that may help me cleanse and shrink my thighs and belly faster? Any exersises?

I will pick a best answer!

It should slowly go away if you continually exercise and eat right. Just remember that women are supposed to have hips and thighs. So, even though your 12 you have probably already started developing a womanly body. Those two areas are the hardest for all women to lose. Less carbs like pasta and potatoes will also help with the belly fat though.

Just continue to diet and exercise! People can't lose from just one spot in their body. When you lose weight, the fat is coming off from your whole body, not just your stomach or your thighs. A great way to lose weight is to build some muscles because they burn calories even when you are not exercising! I suggest doing chin-ups because they create stomach muscles which look really good. Also running and jogging helps a LOT.

Good Luck

When we want to get rid of body fat, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve. The way to burn fat is through a calorie restricted diet in conjunction with an exercise routine that will burn calories. Activities that burn calories include running, biking, swimming and other high intensity activities.

Usually people r thirsty but think theyr hungry...drink glass of water and wait 30 min to see if ur still hungry. U can safely loose 2 pounds a week if u eat right and exercise. Eat a good healthy breakfast such as oatmeal and plain yogurt with fruit in it. Eat ALOT of veggies!!!!! Salad, carrots, celery, asparagus...veggies veggies veggies since they dont have much carbs. Cut out bread, pasta, tortilla, rice. Limit the fruit and no red meat. Drink water only. For dinner I find healthy recipes online such as baked veggies and chicken. exercise every night for a hour or so. U cud do jump jacks, dance to music, get a workout dvd u might like....

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

First of all, I dont want to get your hopes up, but losing that weight in 2days was prbably just fluid or your bodys normal flutation. Weigh yourself once a week at the very MOST...

secondly, when we lose weight we lose it in a certain way so we keep our body shape- its just smaller...so there is no way to lose weight in a specific area, you just lose it all over...
keep exercising, making sure your heart rate is getting to 120beats/min and the weight should come off...

130lbs isnt very heavy, even for some one your height...remember dont't over do it...

the exercise you are doing is also muscle bulding...perhaps you should measure your waist and hips, instead to moniter your weight lose..
