Yes it will... a lot of people keep it shaved though so they can show it off.

yes it will grow back! it works like this woman i met and showed that she shaved her croch to get a tattoo of a cherry on her mound. she also told me that when she lost her virginty that she would let the pubic's grow back.i asked why not have the persons name tattoo above or below the other tattoo before it grew back.she answered that the name might not be the same person that she would spent the rest of her life with.

My husband has his head tattooed..and yes his hair grows back..but now i have to shave it all the time..so you can see the tattoo

Well yeah. The only way hair doesn't grow back is if the folicle is damaged. The damage you get from a tattoo isn't enough to kill the follicle and the hair usually grows back perfectly normal.

Yes it will grow back. My sister had a boyfriend who had skulls tatooed around his head and he had to keep it shaved so people could see it. I think that is very strange, but everyone is different.

Of course it will go back. What make you think it wouldn't?? Tattoos dont penetrate deep enough to effect the hair follicles.

Yes it will grow back Yolanda. But what nobody's telling you is that when the hair grows back its going to be the same color as the ink it grows in.....Strange but TRUE
