I really want to look good in my swimsuit, and not be afraid to wear one! What do I do? Please answer my question! Thanks!

Watch out what you're eating. No sugars or any sweets but only eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies and exercise. If you hate to exercise , at least you dance. vigorous dancing will do quick and stick to fruits and veggies plus water only. You will look good pretty quick for the summer.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I know how frustrating it is to try to look good in the summer but you should eat healthy and workout every 3x a day.Don't skip meals or starve yourself because it could cause you your health. Be positive and motive yourself to be healthy. A morning run in the park or treadmill could be very helpful.

fasting can be a good way if you have the guts and strong will. that a lot of method to lose weight. just get those knowledge and
use the one that can be done effectively by you.

1.lots of exericse
2.eat fruit 4 breakfast, maybe a salad 4 lunch, and something liight 4 dinner
